Kevin WhitleyKevin W. Whitley

Kevin graduated from the University of Alberta law school in 1992. He immediately moved to Victoria, articled with Deborah Acheson, and was called to the British Columbia Bar. Kevin was in the computer business in Toronto for several years before going to law school.

Since graduating, Kevin has worked in personal injury, product liability law and class actions. He, with Deborah, was instrumental in getting the Class Proceedings Act passed into law in British Columbia in 1995. He works primarily on class actions and individual personal injury, product liability and professional negligence actions.

Kevin is on the Executive of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia and is a member of the American Association for Justice. He has lectured at the University of Victoria Law School and has presented at Continuing Legal Education Seminars on class actions.
